Welcome to Boulder
Mountain Highlands Community Association
Our community lies
situated against Boulder Mountain in the Desert Uplands Area of Mesa, Arizona, and alongside Usery Mountain
Regional Park. Elevation
ranges from 1760 to 2010 feet. Those of us who call this
community home enjoy breathtaking desert vistas, pristine air,
exciting wildlife and a wide variety of desert plants. Our
homes are contemporary, southwestern in style and design and
placed on lots such that we gain maximum benefit of the myriad
views. To the east we enjoy the grandeur of the
Superstition Mountains; to the south we can see the lights of
the southeast valley and to the far west, Phoenix and Camelback
Mountain.
Here are some of
the vistas we enjoy at Boulder Mountain Highlands:

community and see to the day-to-day operations and long-term
planning for the conservation, preservation and maintenance of
the common and natural open areas, private streets, view fences,
